Experiential Training & Development

In 2015 Debut worked with a large pharmaceutical client to launch a new Diabetes drug through a number of experiential workshops, all creative, interactive, and hands-on. Focusing on a strategy of 80% interactive and 20% didactic, the goal was to put the materials participants had learned in advance of the conference through pre-work, into practice giving them a memorable learning experience. A variety of creative methods were deployed to bring each workshop to life, from gamification, to video case studies, to re-enactments.
