National Business Meeting for the General Medicine Arm of a Pharmaceuticals Client
A “patient-centric approach” is more than just marketing-speak. It is a philosophy and a way of operating that our client is applying to all aspects of business. Debut worked with the client to make this National Meeting all about the patient experience. Debut took attendees on an emotional journey that transformed the way they envisioned themselves within the company and inspired them to think beyond drug sales. Three hundred-and-fifty people attended the conference in Montreal, which brought the theme—For A Better Life: for patients…for customers…for us all—to life. Memorable moments included an opening video that was shot and edited on location featuring attendees and screened the first day; TED-style presentations that were short, powerful, and engaging; live musical performances that brought key messages to life in an engaging and entertaining way; and impactful patient stories. It wasn’t just executives who took the stage, but rather the reps themselves who had the chance to present to their peers, answering the question: “what does a better life mean to you?” In the end, success is determined by how much attendees believe in what they’re doing—and that emotional connection is what Debut successfully forged throughout this meeting.
