The Inner Voice Experience

A global pharma wanted to improve the way they engaged their sales representatives, to reach both hearts and minds. Deploying our proprietary Inner Voice Experience, we prompted the audience to imagine – and be empowered by – their own internal voice. In following years, we had a handheld pulsating light accompany a spoken word performance, and a presentation of vibrant color on black and white imagery to symbolize the impact employees have on patient lives. These memorable and meaningful experiences instilled deeper motivation and a greater sense of purpose in employees.

 

Change Communications

A global pharma company was facing internal resistance from local country markets in adopting a new digital approach to healthcare professionals and patients. Behavioral research indicates that people are 2x more sensitive to loss than to gain. Based on this insight, we launched an internal change management campaign, ‘What If You Don’t?’, to convey the impending loss of not advancing to digital practices. This campaign helped secure buy-in and generate excitement from local country markets with worldwide deployment to follow.

 

Behavior Change

A global pharma company wanted to improve employee work environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Partnering with a renown consulting company, we applied behavioral science to an internal campaign that motivated employees towards collaboration, productivity, asynchronous work, and well-being. We executed this through a digital employee hub using bold and vibrant colors, intentionally differing from standard company guidelines to create a sense of change and excitement. 80% of surveyed staff reported adopting the campaign principles and adjusting their ways of working.
